Quebec/Ontario Mini-Symposium for Synthetic and Bioorganic Chemistry

QOMSBOC 2024 will be hosted in the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto's downtown campus. There are several options for getting to the conference venue:

On Foot
For those staying in the area or at one of our recommended hotels, the conference venue is easily accessible via a 10–20 minute walk (or via Uber!)

By Vehicle
For those who will be driving to the conference, there is parking located on the University campus. Please note that there is no free parking in the area. You can view an interactive UofT parking map here. We recommend parking in Lot A (Myhal), Lot C (Bahen), or 19 Ursula Franklin. Note that some of these are permit-only before 5 PM on Friday but each of these lots are available for weekend parking. Most lots have a $10 flat rate fee on weekends. This flat rate does not apply to street parking on campus; street parking tends to be much more expensive.

By Transit
The University of Toronto is readily accessible through the TTC. The closest Line 1 Subway stations are Queen's Park Station (travelling north) and St. George Station (travelling south). The closest Line 2 Subway station is St. George Station. There are also several buses and streetcars running. Please note that subway service does not commence until 8 AM on Sundays.
