Abstract submission information:
We are accepting abstracts for short (15–20 min) oral presentations, as well as poster presentations. Please note that there are limited slots available for oral presentations. If you are not selected to give an oral presentation, you will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
Please use the template provided to prepare your abstract. Abstracts must be submitted as a single page word document.​ Please note that references in the abstract need not be exhaustive.

You are eligible to apply for the EWOC Travel Award! See the EWOC at QOMSBOC page for more details and to submit your application. The deadline to apply for the Travel Award is also October 15.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Presentation slots are 20 minutes long, including time for audience questions. To ensure that there is time for questions, we request that presenters limit their presentations to 17–18 min. Presenters who exceed 20 minutes will be asked to cut their presentations short.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Each poster board will hold two posters per side. To ensure that posters do not overlap one another, posters must be in portrait orientation (i.e. taller than they are wide). The maximum dimensions for posters are 120 cm tall by 80 cm wide.
